Summoned for repair "expert" service center for a long time to read the instructions on this technique, and then refused to repair and offered to take the hood itself to a service center for its own account transport, and demanded 120 UAH (12evro) for "inspection." Repeated reference to the service center was ignored. Petition for lack of civilized service company Bosch in Odessa (Ukraine) on the company's website, as well as filing of a complaint by e-mail to the company Bosch in Ukraine, responsible for the service, were also ignored.
